I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University. I also have a BS degree in Early Childhood Education. I have experience in Community service programs, Domestic violence/trauma survivors groups, Employee Assistance Programs(EAP), Medical office counseling, and Private practice as an Independent contractor.
Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, but taking the first step toward support is an important part of creating positive change. You deserve a safe and supportive space where you feel encouraged, empowered, and understood. My goal is to help you better understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors impact your life and relationships while guiding you toward healthier patterns, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
I offer adults, individuals, couples, family, premarital and marital counseling. I accept most insurance companies. I am located in Warner Robins, GA.
